About the Role
ISITE Facilities Ltd is a construction finishing contractor delivering painting, decorating, and final presentation works across residential and commercial developments. Due to sustained workload and upcoming project demand, we are recruiting skilled Painters and Decorators to support active and future sites.

Key Duties

• Surface preparation including filling, sanding, priming, snagging and making good
   
• Application of paint systems and decorative finishes to specification
   
• Cutting-in, rolling and spraying as required
   
• Working to drawings, specifications and programme deadlines
   
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
   
• Reporting progress to Site Supervisors or Project Managers
   

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in painting and decorating on construction projects
   
• Strong finishing skills and attention to detail
   
• Ability to work independently and within site teams
   

All appointments are subject to Right to Work checks in line with UK Home Office requirements.

Role Overview
ISITE Facilities Ltd is seeking experienced Mastic / Finishing Operatives to carry out sealing and finishing works across residential and commercial construction projects. The role supports final presentation and quality control prior to handover.

Duties

• Application of mastic and sealants to internal and external areas
   
• Finishing and making good around windows, doors, bathrooms, and kitchens
   
• Working to site drawings and quality standards
   
• Completing snagging and final presentation works
   
• Following health and safety requirements
   

Requirements

• 2 Years Previous experience in mastic or finishing works
   
• Good attention to detail
   
• Ability to work independently on site
   

This role requires the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
